The Monkey Tail Ranch improves people's lives by cultivating relationships with animals, nature, and the community. A 501(c)3 organization.
All our programs are funded soley by your generous donations.
Your donations help keep our service dog puppies healthy, our program horses saddled and shod, our tractors ready to take a child on a ride, and our home available for respite for our families.
Currently we are raising funds for our third annual Family Camp and the Monkey Tail Ranch July 15-17 2016.
Camp is 100% free for families from our service dog program and is geared for the entire family. Family camp includes a trip to Gilroy Gardens, home cooked meals and snacks, and volunteers on site 24 hours a day to help provide respite.
Other camp activites include horse back riding, soccer, sensory activites, camp fires, outdoor movie night, music, and family respite. We like to focus on the primary caregiver to ensure they receive the pampering they deserve.
Camp creates a sense of community where families can gather and share their experiances with autism and leave with a larger network of suport.
Camp is 100% funded by your donations. In 2014 and 2015, each year camp cost approximately $15,000 and took 1,012 volunteer hours. We expect that 2016 will be even bigger.
We are raising money to fund our 2016 summer camp. All donations made in the name of camp will be restricted to funding camp activities.
Donations can be made by clicking the Donate to Camp button on this page. There is a small online surcharge, if you would like to avoid the service charge you may mail a check to:
